Chicago set the stage for an unforgettable NFDA Convention, held October 26–29. From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere was charged with enthusiasm and a true sense of community.
Visitors to our booth were treated to a taste of the Windy City’s famous Garrett Popcorn paired with Garrett’s Caramel Corn Frappes—making our space a lively hub where new introductions and longstanding friendships could connect.
As always, one of the most rewarding parts of the NFDA Convention was spending time with our incredible network of dealers and building relationships throughout the profession.
A major highlight was the debut of our Healing Tree® burial vault, now available in a sophisticated black marble finish. Its striking aesthetic drew significant interest as an additional option for creating a more personal and interactive graveside service.
Our live demonstrations of Trigard Connect®, the interactive burial vault builder, also generated excitement. Convention-goers saw firsthand how the tool enhances efficiency for funeral homes while elevating the presentation experience for families.
Conversations carried from the show floor to our co-sponsored evening event at ROOF on the Wit, one of Chicago’s most iconic skyline terraces. Everyone enjoyed handcrafted cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and live music—a fitting celebration of the partnerships that move our industry forward.
The fun continued through our grand prize giveaway, with a young, next-generation customer taking home a new pair of Bose earbuds.
