These handcrafted, tried-and-true vault molds require only one turning device, can be poured anywhere, and have a large open/closing lever system. When properly maintained, our forms can literally provide decades of service.

All Trigard forms are custom fabricated to the exact specifications to fit our polystyrene liners, bases, and covers. Each mold is laser cut one at a time to ensure consistent, smooth results.
Standard lined mold: Designed to cast the entry-level Estate™ vault, the Trilogy® basic vault, and the Aegean® vaults.

Are they water proof ?
Thank you for sharing your question with us! The metal molds that are used to pour Tigard burial vaults are not waterproof. They will rust over time if exposed to water on a regular basis. The Trigard lined burial vaults, however, are designed to protect the casket space from exposure to outside elements including water.
