Trigard’s 2024 Regional Meeting at the Detroit MGM Grand was a tremendous success! This year’s focus on “Powering Your Path Forward” set the tone for a dynamic and engaging three-day event.
We bolted out of the starting gates with a cocktail hour in the lovely Amber Room, where everyone mingled over an exquisite spread of hors d’oeuvres. The crab rangoons were an undeniable favorite! Throughout the meeting, there was a greater emphasis on networking, and it was exciting to hear the optimism surrounding Trigard’s future from so many vantage points.
The panel discussions surpassed expectations, thanks to the valuable contributions of the dealers who helped lead several sessions. James Santeiu and Mickey Brutsche did an excellent job of energizing the room with insights drawn from their own acquisition experiences.
James teamed up with Antonio Green for a session that explored the impact of generational collaboration in family-run businesses. Antonio brought a fresh perspective as a funeral director, emphasizing the importance of recognizing different working styles while staying committed to a common goal. He also shared how Trigard’s tools—including technology, physical displays, and miniatures—have been instrumental in educating families about their options.
One of the meeting’s most anticipated moments was the announcement of the LG StanbyME and 6 months of Trigard Connect winner—congratulations once again to Bradbury Vault Company! A final highlight before heading home was the on-site tour of Santeiu Vaults. The behind-the-scenes glimpse into their exceptional operations left everyone motivated and inspired.
